All designers work differently. At Hayley & Co., first a short questionnaire and follow-up phone conversation will help us evaluate your project, and if we may be of help. We then offer an initial home consultation. In this meeting Hayley & Co. will walk through your home or business with you, and speak with you about the specific needs of your interior design or construction project. No actual design is done in this meeting, just an evaluation of the project scope and your particular needs and timing. You can review our portfolio, and learn more about specific projects in the portfolio. We discuss our role as your designer, and give you a breakdown of how the project would run, and what the different steps and phases would be. After this meeting, a design discussion will take place to confirm if we are a good fit to move forward.

For the best results, we recommend bringing an interior designer on board as early as possible—ideally during the planning or pre-construction phase. Early involvement allows us to collaborate closely with architects, builders, and engineers to ensure the design vision is seamlessly integrated from the ground up. That said, we also welcome clients at later stages, whether for renovations, furnishing, or styling, and can provide expert guidance to elevate any project at any point in its lifecycle.
