As the founder and principal designer of Hayley & Co., Hayley brings over 20 years of expertise in design and creative direction. Her background in marketing leadership and event design gives her a rare blend of artistry, precision, and project management—an approach that elevates every detail of her work.

Her passion for design traces back to her upbringing in a real estate family, where she watched her father, grandfather, and uncle run their brokerage. Surrounded by homes and properties, Hayley naturally gravitated toward staging, experimenting with color palettes, and discovering the elements that make a residence feel complete—long before she realized interior design could be a profession. She went on to build a career in hospitality, producing events ranging from intimate dinners of 10 to large-scale productions of more than 2,000 guests. In that fast-paced world, she honed the ability to juggle complex details, anticipate needs, and deliver seamless experiences—skills that continue to shape her approach to design today.

Hayley is now recognized for creating timeless, highly customized environments that balance beauty with functionality. She guides clients thoughtfully through each stage of the design process, fostering a collaborative and effortless experience.
